Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA) and equivalent state laws — Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and Delaware.

The short version

MARANOTE LTD does not sell your personal information for money. The CCPA / CPRA definition of “share” is broader: it covers cross-context behavioural advertising, which can be triggered by third-party advertising pixels (Meta, Reddit, TikTok).

We only load those pixels after you explicitly opt in via the cookie banner. If you have not opted in, no “sharing” is taking place. If you have opted in and want to reverse that, use the controls below.

We also honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request, as required by California, Colorado, and Connecticut law.

How to opt out of “sharing”

  1. Open Cookie preferences in our footer (any page on the site). Untick Marketing, click Save. The Meta / Reddit / TikTok pixels stop firing immediately and the cookies are cleared on next page load.
  2. Or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser. In Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Send websites a “Do Not Track” signal. In Brave: automatically enabled. In Chrome: install the GPC browser extension. We auto-detect the GPC header on every request and treat it as your opt-out.
  3. Or submit a written request by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”. Include the email address associated with your LanceRank account (if any). We will action the request within 15 business days and confirm by email.
