- There isn’t one. Free is a genuinely full product — your profile, your score, your verified reviews, your link hub, your embeddable widget, and your leaderboard ranking are all on the Free tier and stay on the Free tier. Pro adds professional instrumentation for freelancers who treat LanceRank like their growth surface: forecasts, bulk review requests, an unbranded widget, profile analytics (views, click-throughs, client locations), priority placement in search, and paid Google Ads traffic. If you’re happy with Free, stay on Free forever.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel in one click from your dashboard or via the Stripe customer portal. No phone calls, no retention forms, no fees. If you’re in the 14-day trial you won’t be charged at all.
- What happens if I cancel Pro?
- Your profile stays live and your LanceRank Score stays visible — nothing is deleted. You keep your custom URL for 90 days so any links you’ve shared keep working, then your profile rolls back to the auto-generated URL. Pro-only features (analytics, forecast, bulk requests, unbranded widget, priority placement) pause. Everything else is yours forever on the Free tier.
- Do you offer a trial?
- Yes. Every Pro plan starts with a 14-day free trial — full access to every Pro feature. We place a temporary $9 card-verification hold at signup and release it immediately (you may briefly see it as “pending” on your statement); you are never actually charged during the trial. Cancel any time in those 14 days and you owe nothing.
- Do clients need to pay to view profiles or leave reviews?
- Never. LanceRank is completely free for clients. They can view any profile, leave a verified review, or vouch for an offline project without creating an account or paying anything.
