- Yes. Once you connect a platform, we import your public profile data — star rating, review count, completed projects, badges (Top Rated, Pro, Level 2) — and feed it into your LanceRank Score within minutes. Data refreshes every 30 days or whenever you click "Re-sync". Individual review text is shown where the platform exposes it publicly.
- No. A client gets an email link, clicks it, leaves a 30-second review, and confirms. They never sign up. Reviews verified this way show with a "Direct verified review" badge and contribute to your LanceRank Score. There is no anonymous "leave a review" button on your profile — only invited clients can review, which is a major fraud safeguard.
- Add the project from your dashboard. You enter the client name, email, and dates. We email them a 30-second confirmation. If they verify, the project shows as "Client-confirmed" on your profile and counts toward your score. This is the only way to bring offline work — direct contracts, agency relationships, in-person freelancing — into a verifiable online portfolio.
- We currently sync Upwork, Fiverr, Toptal, Freelancer.com, PeoplePerHour, Guru, Contra, and 99designs. If yours is missing, you can still add manual project entries with client vouching, and we add platforms based on user requests — email [email protected] with the platform you need and your username so we can prioritize.
