Company X hires engineers in Africa and places those engineers with clients in the USA and Canada. However, there has been a large number of resignations by these engineers, which translated to losses in revenue since these engineers have undergone training and these engineers were working for eventually churn. The Company tasked me with the task of assessing these resignations and giving recommendations on how to avert this, based on my findings. I enjoyed building data pipelines in python and scheduling the tasks on the Google Cloud Platform. The allowance to work with open source platforms was interesting.
