Medi-Dashboard Patient Companion Designed for patients whose care provider is using a Medi-Dashboard product. The app provides a daily mood tracking and on demand clinical questionnaires. This allows your progress to be monitored, so that you can discuss it when you next see your clinician. In the future, we intend to add a number of other features to the app, to enhance and simplify your experience as a patient. Clients Goal for the Project Client wanted to have a Mobile Applications for the Patients that might suffering from various disorders. Goal was to develop An App that can be accessed by the patient and enable them to share the details with doctors and also this helps doctors to keep track of patient's health and suggest them better treatment 1. Mobile Applications has following Features Notification and Score sending:: Patients receive a Notification every day at 6PM regarding their Mood and Anxiety level, and Patients needs to send the score back , these score values are stored in the Doctors Dashboard and generates the graphs for each patients that enable doctors to keep tab on patient health. Form Filling \u002F Survey:: If Doctors wants to collect more details of any patient , They can send Different forms to the patient , Patient receives the form on the Mobile Application and can fill and send them back. Details about your contribution:: We have developed the Mobile Application as well as the Backend Dashboard Mobile Application (For Patients) -Mobile Application is developed in React Native that runs on both the Platform IOS and Android. -We have developed the UI , Implement the Functionality and Backend for the Application. -Kept it simple in Design and Functionality to provide smooth User Experience for Patients Backend Dashboard (For Doctors) -Backend has been developed in Node js . and Admin Panel Dashboard is in React. -It collects all the data from the Mobile Application and generate the graphs and other insights for doctors to look into and provide better line of treatment for the patients. -Doctors can have many other options in Dashboard like sending Survey Forms , Discharge the patient etc Summery of Project Success It is a Medical Application so , there were 2 main challenges front of us 1. Data Security & 2. Keep Application simple so that patient could use it without any trouble Our team deliver the project on time and client is Fully satisfied with our commitment and also in touch for further work.
