To be hired as one of their technical support representatives you must have a good command of English, have a great understanding of the latest technology, and most importantly, you must be customer oriented and willing to go the extra mile to provide only the best customer service experience. I've been included in the Top 5 Tier 2 technical support representative for several months because of the positive feedback I was getting from the customers I assisted. I was also able to reach the quota for the required upsell per month. This resulted in a promotion to be one of the escalation officers where we take over supervisory calls and to provide coaching and feedback to the Tier 2 technical support representative who transferred the call.
