Millicent E — Education & Tutoring freelancer in Lagos

Your content is valuable, but if it isn't designed to teach, it won't land. That's where I come in. I'm Millicent, a UNESCO-certified Instructional Designer and ESL Tutor with 20+ years of teaching experience, both online and onsite, and a deep specialisation in instructional design and e-learning development. Whether you need a full e-learning course built from scratch or English lessons tailored to your learners, I design with purpose, every element intentional, every outcome measurable. Here's what I can do for you: 🎯 Instructional Design & E-Learning Development I transform raw training materials into professional, polished courses on platforms like Udemy, Thinkific, Teachable, Moodle, and LearnDash, structured for clarity and built for engagement. 🎯 Curriculum Design & Lesson Development From scope and sequence to detailed lesson notes, I build curricula that are pedagogically sound, audience-specific, and ready to deliver. 🎯 Content & Media Production Video scripts, voiceovers, animations, PowerPoint enhancements — I produce learning content that captures attention and holds it. 🎯 Assessment & Interactivity Quizzes, interactive activities, and knowledge checks using H5P, Quizlet, and Google Forms, designed to reinforce, not just test. 🎯 ESL & Business English Tutoring Customised online and onsite lessons that build real confidence in speaking, writing, listening, and reading, for learners at every level. Tools I work with: Thinkific · Teachable · Moodle · LearnDash · Canva · Inshot · Invideo · ElevenLabs · ChatGPT · Gemini · H5P · Quizlet · Google Classroom · Zoom · Google Meet * Zoom * MS Teams and much more. When you work with me, you get more than a freelancer; you get a learning strategist who cares about outcomes as much as you do. Ready to build something your learners won't forget? Let's talk.
