Mona has a double degree in Masters in Business Administration and Masters Public Administration. She completed her bachelor's in engineering with Merit List in 2006. She is a Certified Agile Practitioner with Scrum@Scale, CAL, CSPO, CSM, CEH certifications. With the experiences in the leading companies in the valley, to date, she is enriched with versatile experience as a Project Lead, Engineering Manager, Project Manager, Product Line Manager. She has been Appraisee Team Member in certifying one of the leading companies with CMMI level 3 certification. She also managed the EAL 3+ CC certification project, Gartner Magic Quadrant project, and many others. Moreover, she has significant insight into managerial aspects and approaches which is one of the major stories of her current role and responsibility. She has a responsibility towards managing the software unit as Director of Software Development. She has been awarded by Government in Nepal for motivating young people in the IT sector. She was nominated for the IT award in Silicon Valley, USA, and in Asia for leading the IT team. She was also nominated for women of the year award in Asia, Singapore. She started her journey in the Software Industry 14 years back as a software developer in one of the leading US-based software company. Prior, she operated a computer institute and was also a teaching faculty member. She started as a manager in LogPoint in 2012. She is a lecturer for masters student for product management at UK affiliated college.
