The tool automates the generation of custom assessments based on job descriptions—replacing outdated, static test libraries with real-time, context-aware content powered by OpenAI's GPT models. The system reads and understands the job description input by recruiters and dynamically builds relevant programming challenges, logic-based tasks, or system design prompts that directly align with the role's core responsibilities. This removes bias, improves assessment relevance, and saves hours typically spent on manual test creation.
