I was asked to join the team to enhance the way of delivering so as to achieve higher results of the product overall. I worked on-site with Domino’s India on improving and redesigning their digital products (Website, Mobile Apps, PWA) During my engagement, I: • Worked closely with the Digital Product Manager of Domino's India in identifying, prioritizing, and analyzing the requirements for the desired product and consequently, business outcomes. • Supported the team as a Scrum Master and helped them build and align Sprints • Removed impediments, conducted daily standup meetings, and other rituals of the Sprints During the 6 month engagement, the small team as a whole increased conversion rate via app and website by 18% and 23% respectively. This happened because we had clear metrics set for growth and success and focussed on improving those through all our efforts in a planned way.
