CLIENT We built this solution for our no-code agency. We have about 10 workers and many projects that were going on simultaneously. We were in need of an efficient project management system to handle workload, client base, and financial management. The most important thing is that we wanted to develop a solution to ensure work transparency for us and our clients. CHALLENGE As we were growing at some point we faced multiple issues such as tracking time, managing contracts, keeping up with financial transactions, and maintaining an overview of business processes.
