Daily Email Management & Customer Service for Wedding Industry (Australia) Customer Service Posted 3 months ago Worldwide I need an awesome communicator to jump in and manage my email inboxes for one hour each day on an ongoing basis. I have three businesses in the wedding industry in Australia, each with its own inbox to manage. One receives less than 5 emails per day. One receives between 5 and 10 emails per day. One receives 15+ emails per day. I need someone who can; - be available to commit one hour per day, Monday to Friday, preferably in a similar timezone to AEST Australian Time (so Phillipines based may suit for example). - be a confident communicator in casual English and be able to mimic my conversational style - use Gmail proficiently (tags, filtering, rules, etc) - Save new leads into Tave (a simple wedding CRM I will train you on) for one account and Active Campaign for another account. - develop an FAQ of canned responses to use over time (I already have 30+ email templates as questions in the wedding industry tend to be repetitive). - use OneDrive to save client submissions - file emails or draft responses for me to review, with the view to moving towards you managing my inbox 100% There will naturally be a learning curve at the beginning, so I am committed to spending two hours per day for the first week in a Zoom call with you to work through all emails together to establish general rules and processes. Over time, it won't even take an hour to respond to all inboxes once you know the business and my personal style. At this point, I may request you do some social media scheduling also. I'm currently in a situation where I have three virtual assistants focusing on seperate areas of the business, so - if we work well together - there is absolutely the possibility of increasing the hours. I'm looking for a long term, reliable team member who can grow with our business and be invested in working towards and celebrating our successes. This is a happy industry and great fun to be a part of, but there are also serious legal processes and rigour involved, so attention to detail and being process driven is very important.
