Solution: Customer Community and Partner Community Portal setup was done to make sure that the customer and partner can easily access the relevant data through one single platform. - Docusign was used for the e-signing of the documents that are being submitted in the customer application process in the portal. - Community UI was enhanced, and standard and custom components were configured on the Community Builder so that the Community portal is responsive and working as expected by the client. - A third-party application was used for the verification process of ID in the whole process.
